Finished!

And was it just me, or were those last two chapters (37 and the epilogue) really rushed, and that epilogue really freakin' confusing? Those could have been done better, I think.

I just finished reading The Golden Compass. I wish there was more exposition about the daemons, because they are such an alien concept that they needed just a teensy bit more exposition, I think.

I just finished reading The Wayfarer Redemption. It was fairly good. The only qualm I had with it was how quickly those that claimed to be devout threw away their beliefs. It just didn't ring true to me. But the story is neat; I will certainly look more into this series and this author ( Read more... )
